I always believe that when emergency aids needed the best assistant could be our neighbours... & dats y i wud do my best to hv a good rapport wif them but.....my this neighbour staying above is really too much~! I pity her having an autistic child who screams everyday , anytime even middle of the night... and actually dats not my issue of complaining coz i understand dat this is not under her control and i believe she's oso veri sad.... but things dat i can't tolerent her further is her attitude.. she luvs to wash her windows with nobody business... imagine NOT RAINING ... she just pour (is pour and not spray ok) and my whole service balcony wet with her window dirty water and n my clothings gana... i have to do all the washing again. I had complained to her and she apologised but i dun think is sincere coz after a while ... she did it again ... this time not at my services balcony ... the window above my kitchen... again my floor was wet with her dirty window water.... my pail of water was real "BLACK" after mopping my floor. I really do not noe how much longer i can tolerate b4 i have a big fight wif her! REAL IDIOTIC~!!! 'hiaz~'!
