The fish maw & white fungus dessert....

Ingredients : Dired fish maw, dried white fungus, ginko nuts, wolfberried, red dates , longan & rock sugar...

Soaked dried fish maw & white fungus in water (for abt 2 hrs) to soften

Immerse soften fish maw & white fungus, red dates , longan & rock sugar into slow cooker with boiled water (abt 4 bowls) and slow cooked for about 7 hours....
Finally, add ginko nuts & wolf berries and slow cook for another hour...
Ready to eat after 8 hours...... yammy yammy !!! lolx
