Went to visit my GP because of my block nose and cough. The doctor has mentioned that it's not a flu... but is actually my mucus & sinus has caused the issue. He advised that the mucus to be cleared throughly before it goes worsen and forms into polyps again...i was prescribed with 10 days antibiotics and to use the nasal spray for the next few months ......
I had actually went under the knife to remove my nasal polyps 6 years ago. This was not a good expereience and the scanairo at that moment is hard to wipe off totally from my memory. Imagine i need to put under anaesthetic and pushed to the operation room for more than 2 hours. I was then given 1 month's MC and need to learn breathing via the mouth before the 2 cotton bud stud inside the nose to be remove after a week...and guess how much i need to settle the bill....nearly 10K (but luckily the insurance company settled the full amount)
For those who might wanted to know more about nasal polyps....
In general, polyps are usually nonmalignant growths or tumors extruding from the membrane lining of an organ in various parts of the body such as the nose, often causing obstruction and congestion. When nasal polyps develop, nasal airways may become blocked creating breathing difficulties. Polyps can also block drainage, creating stagnant secretions that stay in the sinus cavities. These stagnant secretions lead to an infection and cause sinusitis.
The 'paranasal sinuses' are the air cavities within the skull that open into the nose. If the soft tissue lining of the sinuses becomes swollen, it fills with mucus and then expands into the nose forming a growth called a nasal polyp. Nasal Polyps can also be caused by various diseases in the nasal cavities.

Since there is no appointment and it's a Friday today, i decided to dress up casually. Though it's towards weekend, logically should be in good mood but it seems to be not. Might be due to my sore throat /block nose and did not sleep well yesterday, was very moody and tired today.
Until lunch , then i started to blend in & joke , i feel so bad when my colleauge told me that's my 1st laugh of the day :X

Have not check my weight for the past 2 months , I put myself on top of this weighing machine before going to work this morning. OMG! How can I have increased nearly a kg when there are so much stress and pressure everyday.
It must be the pastry & dessert that i have been taking recently... i decided to stop taking all these stuffs.

I wondered how much longer we have got to wait until the economy recovers.... Sales has dropped tremendously and Sales meeting has been called again and again to capture ideas to improve sales , but seems to be of no progress. Just recently one major client of mine has a restructure in their operation , staffs were being lay off and unfortunately 3 of my potential buyers were among them... affected soooo.... much of my sales.....and until today , nearly 2 months ,when contacted... the 3 buyers are still unemployed! Anyway , as an optimistic person, i am looking things at its positive side. After rain, there will be shine! Hope those who have got affected will recover soon..... ^ _ ^

Look at the clock... 10 mins to 4:00 in the morning., in fact i have already slept for 2 over hours....With this ambient and only another 2 more hours to go... how i wish it's a holiday and i can continue to sleep till my heart contents.....

Was at the NUH hospital about to visit one of my friend who has met a road accident. From far, i saw a long queue which initially i tot they were queing for taxi... but... OMG! it was because of the Swine Flu pandemic , all visitors have to take their temperatures and scan to make sure that they are fit to enter.
Well, with my existing cough & flu...i choose not to join the queue but arrange a tonic hamper to be sent to him and hope he will have a speedy recovery.
